Your Intellectual Property

You own the content you create. By using our Service, you grant us the license detailed in our Terms of Service.

Reporting Infringement (DMCA)

PCON respects the intellectual property of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright has been infringed upon, please send a notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL).
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice containing the information required by the DMCA.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will promptly terminate the accounts of users determined by us to be "repeat infringers" of copyright.
