Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without verifiable parental consent, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account. Biometric Data (BIPA)

PCON does not intentionally collect human biometric identifiers as defined by laws like the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). The Service is designed to analyze pets. However, if human biometric data is inadvertently captured, it is processed only for the purpose of providing the Service and is subject to our data retention and security policies. We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric data.
